Scope and Content Note

In the 21-minute documentary The National Ballet of Cuba in Argentina Alicia Alonso, renowned ballerina, returns to Buenos Aires after a 20-year absence to perform in the Colon Theater in Luna Park. Nobel Prize-winner Perez Esquivel and others give their impressions and members of the National Ballet of Cuba describe their experiences. This series contains one video recording associated with this film. It is unclear whether it is a complete copy of the documentary or uncut footage.
