Administrative Files include correspondence; meeting agendas and participant lists including board meetings and breakfast meetings; news clips that mention Brack; drafts for the newsletters he sent out as President then Chairman; his notes from the steering committee meetings; photographs including professional portraits of Brack in his office, promotional photographs of him with National Urban League President John Jacob, photographs of him with other people at events, and photographs of a meeting with "Madame [Xiaokong? or Xiaohong?]"; and working files such as the "Done" and "Suggestion Box."

Of interest is the strategy document that announces the transition of the chief executive officer from Brack to Don Logan.

While the Time Inc. Archives box or drawer labeled the speeches as part of Brack's files, the majority of speech files are Vice President of Communications Peter Costiglio's records on Brack speeches. They remain with Brack's files as designated by the Time Inc. Archives. The files include speech transcripts, speech drafts, correspondence to and from Costiglio frequently with Brack as a correspondent, notes on speech contents and requirements, and background research or ephemera on the event location for the speech.

National Urban League Files contains Brack's records from his involvement with this organization, including his time as chairman of the board.
