Annotated on the verso by HA: "a long scroll, gold on blue background by Ch'u-Ying (or Ch'ou Shih-chou) Ming dynasty"(Cho Ying, or Chou Shi Zhou). The translation of the title is: "Longevity as towering as the mountain and happiness as endless as the sea". The signature reads "Qiu Ying made". Qiu Ying (1494-1552) from Suzhou was a popular painter but many fakes were produced of his works and this could be 18th century.
