Fisher, National President, and Edward M. O'Keefe, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 1-2, concerning changes to the Local's bylaws; correspondence and notices reflecting the use of bylaw changes by dissident groups within Local 1-2 to effect alterations in structure and leadership; and copies of the constitution of the Utility Workers Union of America.
