The structure of the chapter is as follows. The Executive Committee consists of the officers (president, vice president, secretary, treasurer). The Board of Directors consists of officers and standing committee coordinators. The Advisory Council is an administrative committee whose purpose is to assist with fund raising and chapter development. The Elections Committee is an administrative committee whose purpose is to organize and conduct elections. The bulk of these files are the minutes of the Board of Directors (called the Executive Board in 1970 and 1971) and the Executive Committee. Election Committee folders contain ballots, flyers, minutes, officers' lists, and procedures statements. Also included are files on such things as by-laws, calendars, office information, parliamentary procedure, and job descriptions.
