Included is Muriel Fox's historic 1966 press release announcing the formation of NOW. The 1973 folder includes material pertaining to the debate between NOW and Anne Grant over the holder of the copyright for the 1972 slide presentation, "Our North American Foremothers." The 1975 folder documents the internal controversy that took place at the NOW national conference in New Orleans in December 1974. Materials include letters and memoranda.
