This series is contained in Boxes 7 through 11, as well as one record carton, and consists of administrative materials produced from various Society activities from 1880 to 1963 and 1966 to 1967, including meetings of the Board of Directors and special committees. Items include an assortment of committee reports, certificates of incorporation, speech transcripts, and minutes; minute books; annual reports; Society anniversary books; and pamphlets containing the Society's bylaws and membership rosters. There is also a loose oversize volume of additional meeting minutes that is housed separately from the rest of the collection.
The series also includes a small number of items pertaining to the Society's neighboring association, the New England Society in the City of New York, for the years 1892, 1929, and 1930. These include annual reports and a pamphlet containing the Society's constitution, by-laws, and register.
