Joseph P. Selly was the President of the American Communications Association in the 1960s and 1970s. The collection contains Selly's correspondence, newsletters, a statement by Selly before the Senate Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce In opposition to legislation that would remove the long-standing statutory prohibitions against mergers, contracts, executive board minutes, and legal documents.
