The Tamiment Library and Robert F. Wagner Labor Archives Collection of Foreign Politics Serials contains over 300 titles on politics in Europe, Canada, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Oceania as well as international issues. The collection dates between 1850 and 2011, with the bulk of the material dating from the 1940s through 1980s. Topics include national and local politics mainly within European countries, issues in the Middle East and the Soviet Union in the early to mid-20th century, Palestinian independence movements, and the Cold War. The collection includes titles published in the US on these topics, as well as on international affairs, including the Cold War and the Middle East. Other topics include issues of interest to immigrant communities, in particular Eastern European immigrants in the US; the World Federalist Movement; the Vietnam War; and topics of interest to minority and opposition groups in Iran, Israel, and South America.
