Samuel Joseph (1858-1913) was a German American immigrant and apparently a member of the Socialist Labor Party. The collection contains several letters to Joseph, including one from Daniel De Leon, several unpublished manuscripts, including an untitled ms. about the Paris Exhibition of 1900 and the socialist movement in Europe, clippings, and biographical information.
