To request an access copy, or if you are unsure if an item has been digitized, please contact tamiment.wagner@nyu.edu with the collection name, collection number, and a description of the item(s) requested. Because of the assembled nature of this collection, copyright status varies across the collection.

In 1999, Kathleen Mulvey transferred any copyright she held in Series III of this collection. In 2017, the County Cork B. P. & P. Association of New York transferred any copyright that they held in the constitutions and minute books in Series VI of this collection. In 1999, the County Roscommon Society of New York transferred any copyright that they held in Series XXV of this collection. Permission to publish or reproduce materials in these series must be secured from the Tamiment Library.

In the remainder of the collection, copyright is assumed to be held by the original creator of individual items in the collection; these items are expected to pass into the public domain 120 years after their creation. The Tamiment Library is not authorized to grant permission to publish or reproduce materials from this collection other than Series III, VI, and XXV.
