Scope and Contents note
Standard Coated Products, Inc. (known until 1937 as Standard Textile Products, Inc.) was Weiss & Klau's largest supplier of oilcloth and other textile products. Standard Coated was purchased by Weiss & Klau from Interchemical Corporation in 1953. This series contains correspondence, financial records, marketing reports, legal documents, clippings, and other materials relating to Standard Coated dating from both before and after its acquisition by Weiss & Klau.
