Lewis Rutherfurd Stuyvesant (1903-1944) was the son of Rutherfurd Stuyvesant and Matilde Stuyvesant. As well as the material detailed below, the series includes some of Lewis Rutherfurd Stuyvesant's school report cards and letters to Santa Claus.

Most of the letters are from well-wishers congratulating Lewis Rutherfurd Stuyvesant on his marriage, in 1925, to Rosalie Pillot. One letter, from [Sampuram Singh], describes a hunting incident involving a person identified as H.H.
