Scope and Contents

This accretion consists of materials created and collected by Marion Nestle documenting her career in nutrition and public health research and advocacy roughly between the years of 2011-2017. Materials include correspondence, publications, cookbooks or other recipe collections, ephemera for conferences and other events, lecture notes, and press clippings on subjects such as nutrition, public health, and sustainable agriculture.
