Scope and Contents

Food Politics is the blog of Marion Nestle, a New York University Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health. The blog features posts about the global food industry, the impact of food lobbies on industry regulation, and food in popular culture. The blog also features information about Nestle's books and other publications and their press coverage, as well as a calendar of her public appearances and contributions to podcasts and broadcast media.
