Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
These reels are not available for research use if the material is at the NYC Municipal Archives (See Existence and Location of Originals and Existence and Location of Copies notes).
Due to preservation concerns, these reels are kept in cold storage and must be brought up to room temperature 24 hours before use. Researchers must use gloves when handling the microfilm.

While many items in the Brooklyn Collection are unrestricted, we do not own reproduction rights to all materials. Be aware of the several kinds of rights that might apply: copyright, licensing and trademarks. The researcher assumes all responsibility for copyright questions.
