Scope and Contents

This sub-series contains meeting minutes and reports of the Committee on Instruction, Philanthropic Committee, House Committee reports, the report of the Committee for the Study of Co-education, the report of the Visiting Committee of Packer Collegiate Institute, and other committees, dating from 1885 to 1974. The Committee on Instruction meeting minutes document school related issues concerning faculty salaries, tuition rates, and graduation requirements. The report of the Visiting Committee is a compilation of Packer's self-evaluation and presents what the committee considers to be Packer's accomplishments as well as recommendations for areas of improvements, i.e., new curtains, assembly room use, and curriculum expansion, among others.
