Biographical Note
William Watson Clark (1902-1972), known as "Watty" or "Lefty" Clark, was a professional baseball pitcher who was active from 1924 to 1937. Clark debuted with the Cleveland Indians, and went on to pitch for the Brooklyn Robins, Brooklyn Dodgers, and New York Giants.
