Abstract

One bound volume containing extensive handwritten notes extracted from the records of the First Church of Christ in Southold, Long Island, compiled by Southold resident Stuart Tuthill Terry. The notes emphasize Terry's personal family history and contain genealogical information on the David, Fanning, Horton, Terry, and Wickham families for the period circa 1640 to 1886. Included are records of births, correspondence, deaths, deeds, indentures, inventories, marriages, school records, and wills.
