Series VI is organized by court cases, many involving pension and benefit funds. The records also include materials from the government's case against the international union, U.S. v. La Cosa Nostra. Individuals featured include Dellacroce and Salerno. Some material relates to Jackie Presser's role as a government informant (see "Identity of Informant known as "Alpro.") The records contain the settlement and documents pertaining to supervision of the first direct election in the union's history. Materials developed by the TDU in preparation for the election are included in this series.
