Scope and Content Note
Series III: Coding Forms consists of one box of coding sheets used by Payne and her assistants to gather data from the FBI documents. Data on these forms was later entered into Payne's data analysis program and printed in the index. Two folders of notes related to the coding process are also included in this series.
