About half of this series consists of Rubinstein's book reviews (mostly typescripts, published and unpublished) and her literary and non-literary articles, many of which appeared in Mainstreamor Science and Society. For The Great Tradition in English Literaturethere are typescripts, correspondence, publicity materials and reviews. There is correspondence and contracts pertaining to the publication and distribution of I Vote My Conscience. Later writings include memorial articles and a memoir about her mother, Jean Rubinstein.
