Scope and Content Note
Series IV: Photographs and Graphic Material (circa 1940-1989) includes two disassembled scrapbooks from the early 1940s both titled "Pictures and stories of Soviet women in the War," photographs and memorabilia from a 1951 trip to the Soviet Union, and photographs from the Council's events and activities in the 1980s. This series also includes several mounted reproductions of woodcuts and other forms of art by Soviet artists, perhaps for an exhibit produced for or by the National Council of American-Soviet Friendship.
