This series focuses upon the many social and educational events hosted by the Irish Studies Department such as the Ballinglen Art exhibit, the "Framing Her Image: Women in Irish Film" festival, the "Gothic, the National, the Subversive" Symposium on the Irish Gothic, and the Seamus Heaney Dinner. This series also focuses upon Glucksman Ireland House's administrative activities such as seeking funding to sustain Ireland House, hiring new faculty, budgetary meetings, and curriculum development. Finally, this series includes a large number of interview and promotional audiovisual tape.

Materials in this series consist of postcards, event calendars, memorandum, course listings, brochures, ciruculars, event programs, VHS Tapes, miniDV tapes, Betacam SP tapes, DVcam tapes, zip drives, floppy disks, photographs, correspondence, and newspaper clippings.
