The folders hold 13 black-and-white photographs of the interior and furnishings of the original house. One of the photos is adhered to the glass plate it was framed in (the frame was removed by conservation). Two of the photos are also reproduced on foamcore boards.

The folders hold 4 x 6 inch color snapshots of stained glass windows, details of reliefs, fireplaces, ceiling dome, wall mosaics, grand staircase, and other views.

Blueprints (rolled), 1916-1917, 1944, inclusive

Scope and Contents

35 original blueprints, 1916-17, by Harry Pelton: elevations (front, rear, miscellaneous exterior details, such as walls, fountain, etc.), floor plans (basement, first through fifth floors, servants mezzanine, solarium and main roof), plumbing, steel framing, column foundations and schedule, footing, and other plans. There is one blueprint (4th floor plan) by architect J.M. Berlinger from the 1944 renovation.
