Scope and Contents
This subseries includes two boxes of what appear to be proof plates for A Monograph of the Works of McKim, Mead and White, 1879-1915, published in phases from 1915 to 1920, as well as the plates for McKim, Mead and White houses and casinos featured in George William Sheldon's Artistic Country-Seats, published in 1886.
Also included is the firm's copy of the 1899 Sanborn fire insurance Atlas of New York City.
The Print Room also holds a complete set of the original plates for A Monograph of the Works of McKim, Mead and White, 1879-1915. The call number for the set is Print Room Rare NA737.MR A5 1915.
