Series 3 consist of papers of Mary Rutherfurd, who was the executrix of John Rutherfurd's will. The accounts, bills, and receipts appear to have been kept by her as a unit. It is sometimes unclear which of the items have to do with Mary Rutherfurd in her capacity as executrix, and which have to do with her in her own right. Therefore, all items having to do with her have been consolidated in this series.
