Scope and Contents
The series includes records related to the general administration of the organization and its programs. These files primarily concern fundraising through annual benefit events and sponsorships of particular projects, and publicity and media coverage of CITYarts and its work. Some files concern administrative matters for particular projects, reference files dating from the 1970s about urban murals generally, financial data, and some Board level documents. The container list provides further detail of the content for each box.

Includes a broad mix of files that generally appear to concern potential CITYarts projects (or project concepts), sponsors, funding, partnerships, and the like. Some files date to the 1970s; one of these is a field studies assessment of CITYarts done by Heriverto Alicea in 1976 in connection with his coursework for a fundraising workshop held by the Community Service Society.
