This series gathers material that was kept for its discussion potential. Folder 31 includes a number of cards on which members submitted their topic ideas, such as "Do men make history, or does history (events) make men?" and "Would you prefer that our government spend less on the space program and more to ease the plight of the cities?" Similar member suggestions may also be found scattered throughout Series II.
