Particular subjects in this volume include, among many others, the letter from the New York Stock Exchange informing Hone of his election as a member; Hone as a delegate to the 1892 Democratic Convention, including ribbon; cruises to Europe in 1894 and 1896; dedication of the Trenton Battle Monument (1893); photographs from Cuba and of Hone and others at the train of Cornelius Vanderbilt; coupon-bearing bond of Confederate state Georgia; and performance at the Metropolitan Opera House for Prince Henry of Russia (1902).
