Scope and Contents
Fournet's web presence consists of her biography; a list of her writings, scores, and interviews; video and audio of her work as a music producer and engineer; videos and websites of her projects, including the bands Tipa Tipo and La Banda Chuska; as well as her Bandcamp and SoundCloud pages. Capture of the site began in May 2017.
Accruals
New site crawls are accrued annually.
Appraisal
Robots.txt was ignored.
Crawl was limited to domains and subdomains of http://www.adelefournet.com in order to remain within the collection scope and data constraints.
SoundCloud website was expanded to include cf-media.sndcdn.com and ec-media.soundcloud.com hosts.
Individual YouTube and Vimeo videos embedded in http://www.adelefournet.com/ were added directly from the host page to better capture the video content but were not added to the finding aid. Playback may be limited, please contact the Web Archivist to view these files.
Physical Characteristics and Technical Requirements
Due to technical or privacy issues, archived websites may not be exact copies of the original website at the time of the web crawl. Certain file types will not be captured dependent on how they are embedded in the site. Other parts of websites that the crawler has difficulty capturing includes Javascript, streaming content, database-driven content, and highly interactive content.
