About this Guide
Processing Information
Processing decisions made prior to 2018 are not documented. Materials in the 2018 accretion were integrated into Series I. in accordance with the collection's existing arrangement structure, and placed in new acid-free folders and box. All photographs and printouts were removed from their individual plastic sleeves. Negatives were placed in enclosures. On April 2019 materials from Box 5 were redistributed mostly into a smaller, letter-sized manuscript box, labeled Box 5. Oversize materials were moved to Shared Fales 019. In February 2023 an accretion was intellectually integrated into Series I in Shared Fales 041.
