About this Guide
Processing Information
Decisions about the arrangement, description, and physical interventions taken on this collection prior to 2016 have not yet been recorded. In December 2016, an accretion was incorporated into the collection as a separate series. Some materials were treated for mold and then rehoused in acid-free folders and an archival manuscript box. Materials were kept in the order in which they were received from the donor, and interleaving and Mylar sleeves were used for acidic newsprint and loose photographs.
On February 2019, materials from accession 2008.172 were placed in new acid-free folders and manuscript boxes, rehoused for offsite storage. Original order of documents maintained from boxes 20-23.
