Scope and Content note

Series III contains correspondence, most of which was written to Foreman by her mother, Gladys Foreman. In addition to personal correspondence, a small portion of this series pertains to Foreman's art, writing and teaching.

Arrangement note

This series is arranged chronologically, with an emphasis on preserving Foreman's original arrangement. Because original arrangement was the main processing concern, there are small chronological overlaps from folder to folder (e.g. a folder dated "1986-89" may be followed by one dated "1987-88"). There is no chronological overlap between boxes in the series.
