Historical note
The Cascade Laundry, a division of General Linen Supply and Laundry Company, Inc., was founded in 1898. Its plant was located at 835 Myrtle Avenue (at Marcy Avenue), in the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. The plant closed in 2010.
