Historical note
Roslyn is a village in the Town of North Hempstead on the North Shore of Long Island. Once-A- Week or The Roslyn Tablet was published there by the Keeler Brothers (William and P.L.A.O. Keeler). Vol. I was published elsewhere and is unrelated to Roslyn. Vol. II commenced with the issue for Oct. 12, 1876, the first Roslyn issue, and continued (Vol. III) through the issue for Oct. 19, 1877, at which time publication was suspended.
