Abstract

This collection contains affidavits to the Kings County Commissioner of Deeds from Isaac Van Aden of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle and the Kings County Democrat, Charles N. Peed of the Brooklyn Daily Advertiser, and Edwin Spooner of the Brooklyn Daily Evening Star stating that a corporation notice for the opening of Willoughby Avenue appeared in their papers.

This collection contains affidavits to the Kings County Commissioner of Deeds from Isaac Van Aden of the Brooklyn Daily Eagle and the Kings County Democrat, Charles N. Peed of the Brooklyn Daily Advertiser, and Edwin Spooner of the Brooklyn Daily Evening Star stating that a corporation notice for the opening of Willoughby Avenue appeared in their papers. The statements are signed by those listed above as well as the Commissioner of Deeds, and contain copies of the published notice. They date from 1850.
