Three deeds dated 1806-1827 for land owned in Newtown, Queens County by the Titus, Bailey, Childs and Todd families.

Scope and Contents

A deed for land owned by Francis and Maria Titus and sold to Benjamin Bailey; a deed for land owned by Cornelius Benjamin Bailey and sold to Abel Childs; and a deed for land owned by Abel Childs and sold to John Todd. All property referenced in the deeds is located in Newtown, Queens County. Three The deeds span the period 1806 to 1827.
