The collection includes correspondence from the New York City Department of Education to Edith Horton concerning contributions for the M. Samuel Stern Memorial Fund, which she chaired; a loyalty certificate; a deed between Edith's sister Alice Horton Stiles and Frank Swimm for land in the city of Brooklyn; a teaching certificate for Edith Horton; and a printed poem with a handwritten message on the back.
