Court case notes of the Honorable Lester W. Clark (1854-1922), Justice of the Kings County Supreme Court. The notes are handwritten, housed in a single hardbound volume, and span the period 1924 to 1925.
Biographical note
Lester W. Clark (1854-1922) was elected as a Republican to the Kings County Supreme Court from 1907 to 1920. He was a resident of Staten Island.
Scope and Contents
Court case notes of the Honorable Lester W. Clark (1854-1922), Justice of the Kings County Supreme Court. The notes are handwritten, housed in a single hardbound volume, and span the period 1924 to 1925. The notes provide synopses of cases heard during this period, the names of plaintiffs and defendents involved, and the judgement for each case. The vast majority of the cases documented are civil cases.
