Scope and Contents Note

5 folders, arranged chronologically. This series mainly consists of incoming and outgoing correspondence between Carl Withers and his field informants, Juan Benito Orosa and Manuel Picabea. The majority of letters are written in Spanish, and a few include adivinanzas (riddles) and cuentos (stories). Some ephemera is also included.
