Scope and Contents

Series II comprises writings by Salah Taher and others. It includes the diaries of the artist, handwritten articles and notes, drafts of various articles, as well as scripts for his television show Min ʻĀlam al-Funūn [From the World of the Arts], presented by Sherwet Shafei (b. 1931), then director-general of cultural programs for the state-owned television in the 1970s. The series also includes writings by others about the artist.
